We first became involved in hospital retailing in 1991. With new openings every year since, we now have national coverage with over 75 hospital units currently trading, all in premises of between 150 and 2000 square feet. This makes us the leading news / convenience retailer within hospitals.

Our product range and trading hours can be tailored to meet the needs of an individual hospital whilst our staff are specially selected and trained to work in a hospital environment and our experience and expertise enables us to generate a substantial income for the hospital.

We have developed an excellent working relationship with hospital management throughout the UK and one reason for this is our ability to listen and react quickly to feedback from the hospital. We also consult with hospital managers on a regular basis to ensure that our commitment to quality and service is maintained.

Our involvement can include planning and design of the retail space at a very early stage of the project to the fitting out of a designated area to create an attractive and welcoming retail unit. The new PFI hospitals have provided us with the opportunity to work with some of the largest developers in the UK such as Balfour Beatty, Bouygues UK, Mowlem Health Solutions, as well as many others
